Downloading Your Digital Product(s)
1. My phone line drops me while downloading the
Adobe Reader and/or Motivation123™ Products: This issue
may be caused by a slow modem speed or Internet connection. If your modem
is capable of it, attempt to connect at a higher speed (at least 33.6K
speed or higher) and try to the download again. To get a higher
connection speed, you may try to connect later in the day when less
people are using the Internet.

Opening Your Digital Product(s)
1. I can't open my Motivation123
Purchase(s) from Windows Explorer: If you receive an error message
that states no program is associated with the file, it's because your
computer doesn't know which program to use to open your product.
To resolve this issue, open Adobe Reader, click FILE, then OPEN. Locate
and open the correct PDF file. This will automatically associate your
product with the Adobe Reader.
2. I'm receiving an error message when opening my
Motivation123™ Purchase(s) using the Adobe Reader: This is
most likely caused by
A. Using an older version of the Adobe
Reader to view files.
B. Downloading the current Adobe Reader
without first removing older versions from your system.
C. Your computer not recognizing the
newly installed reader after removing previous versions from your system.
To guarantee your files function correctly, you must use the most up-to-
date version of the Adobe Reader. However, you can't simply delete or
overwrite previous versions. You must go into your Control Panel and use
the Add/Remove Programs option to remove all previous copies of the Adobe
Reader.
After removing older versions, you must completely shut down your
computer - you can't simply restart. Then, turn your computer back on and
visit the following address to download the most current version of Adobe
Reader:

Printing Your Digital Product(s)
1. I'm receiving an error message, blank pages, or
strange characters when attempting to print: Follow Solution #2 from
the Opening section above.
2. My computer crashed during printing: This
problem is most often caused by a lack of computer/printer memory. To
resolve the issue, shut down all programs and completely power down your
computer. Then, turn it back on and try printing your file in sections
(i.e. 30 pages at a time, etc.)
3. I can print all of the pages except for ones
containing graphics and/or forms: Print the pages containing graphics
and/or forms separately using the Print As Image command. To use
this command, go to the page you want to print and click File > Print.
Be sure CURRENT PAGE is selected for the Print Range and PRINT AS IMAGE
is selected. Click OK. Repeat this process for all similar pages in your
digital product.
4. I'm receiving a computer or printer memory
error: Older computers or printers often lack the memory required for
larger files. Visit the following address to determine whether or not
your system meets the Adobe Reader system requirements:
